| Your subscription entitles ONLY YOU to access our members area as often as you wish during the term of your subscription. Your account may not be used by anyone else and you must keep your account username and password private and secure at all times. Our servers utilize security monitoring that detects when an account is being accessed by multiple computers or locations. Our security will automatically disable an account when account sharing is detected. We routinely monitor password sharing sites and promptly deactivate accounts appearing on password sharing sites. Password sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in termination. |
| AUTOMATED DOWNLOADS, SPIDERING, & SLURPING PROHIBITED |
| The use of any automated application that attempts to download our entire website or all of the media content on our website in a short period of time is prohibited. Additionally, the use of any application other than a standard web browser that attempts to download multiple files simultaneously is prohibited. These applications over utilize hardware and bandwidth resources which can result in a negative impact to other customers. Our security monitoring system will detect attempts at "slurping" and/or "spidering" and promptly suspend the account. Your subscription entitles you to full access to view all of our members area and to download any of the video and photo media files contained in our video and photo galleries. However, you are not permitted to download and save any portions of our website structure, including html, graphic elements, text elements, or scripts, other than standard automatic file caching which occurs within your web browser. |
| ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS |
| HornyBoy® provides our subscription service subject to this Terms And Conditions agreement, which may be updated from time to time, without notice. |
| BILLING DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS |
| If you have a dispute or inquiry regarding credit card charges for our sites or services, please contact us via email at webmaster@hornyboy.com. We respond to ALL inquiries in 24 hours or less. If you email us and don't receive a response within 24 hours, it probably means our response was deleted or blocked by your email service. | You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HornyBoy® / RudeBox Media, Inc., our affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of content you submit, post, or transmit through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the Terms And Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another party. |
| NO RESALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF SERVICE |
| You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any purpose whatsoever, any portion of the HornyBoy® Service, or to permit anyone else to use or access this service through your account. |
| TERMINATION |
| HornyBoy® may at it's sole discretion terminate your account, password, or access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms And Conditions. HornyBoy® shall not be liable to you or any third-party for the termination of your access to the service. |
| CANCELLATION |
| You may cancel a recurring membership at any time by visiting our members services page. Cancelling your recurring billing will not affect your access to the site for the period you have already paid or your liability for the previously billed charges. Your membership will remain fully active until the expiration of your current billing period. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date, you will not be billed again. |
| SITE PERFORMANCE |
| We maintain a site uptime of 99% or greater to ensure maximum availability to our members. The site may be down for brief periods from time to time for routine server/site maintenance, as is necessary with any online environment. |
| SITE USABILITY |
